1. Scope and Operator

These Terms of Service govern the use of the web application "CreatorLab" (hereinafter "Service"), operated by:

By registering for and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CreatorLab provides the following features for content creators:

  • AI-powered video and account analysis (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Content research and trend analysis
  • AI-based script generation
  • Idea generator
  • Content calendar and performance tracking
  • Creator profile creation

Features may be expanded, modified, or discontinued at any time. The operator is not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

3. Registration and Account

A valid email address is required to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Only one account per person is permitted.

4. Free Trial and Pricing

After registration, you receive a free 7-day trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

The subscription costs €9.99/month and is processed through the payment provider Whop. Whop's payment terms apply additionally.

5. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is done through the Whop dashboard. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.

After subscription expiration, user data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Not misuse the Service (e.g., automated scraping, overloading)
  • Not process illegal content through the Service
  • Not share your login credentials with third parties
  • Respect third-party rights (especially copyrights)

The operator reserves the right to suspend access in case of violations.

7. Availability

The operator strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure may cause temporary limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI-generated analyses and scripts are provided as guidance only. The operator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the results for any particular purpose.

Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
